Part-Time Administrative Assistant (contractor)

Hourly Compensation: $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Plates & Registrations team as an independent contractor. The total number of available hours for this position may vary from week to week depending on the department's needs, but can generally be expected to be from 5 - 15 hours per week. This position is a remote position however you will be required to check the mail at our local office in Ontario, OR and go to the Nampa DMV as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Check the mail at our local office 

• Complete title applications and vehicle registration paperwork.

• Daily data entry and shipping of plates and registrations to field offices.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Proficient in G-Suite, spreadsheets, typing, and must possess basic computer skills

• Must have strong internet connection since it is a hybrid role

• Must have high level of organization

• Must have a smart phone

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous DMV experience preferred, not required

• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision
